Vintage Ferrograph / Wearite Tape Head Demagnetiser / Bulk Eraser In Its Original Box

This is a very unusual Vintage Ferrograph / Wearite Tape Head Demagnetiser / Bulk Eraser In Its Original Box, and in working order!

Marked on the side:-

Approximate Size Of Demagnitiser: 

• Length: 10cm (4")
• Diameter: 3.5cm

The box is intact but scuffed and discoloured with age. The demagnetiser/bulk eraser is in pretty good condition with a few minor surface blemishes. Dating to the 1950s it was made by the British Ferrograph Recorder Co. Ltd; part of Wright and Weaire.
