This fine looking piece of kit is a WW2 US Army Signal Corps Crystal Multiplier MI 19468 For An ET4336 Transmitter. New Old Stock In Its Original Box, the multiplier is in excellent cosmetic condition with some rust, commensurate with age and storage.
It has not been tested and is being sold as a collectible for display only.
It comes with its:-

Original inner and outer boxes stamped with e.g. the contents, order number, and supplier; Wilcox-Gay Corporation, Charlotte, Michigan. The box is a little grubby with a torn flap but is intact
- Original and unopened instruction book in a brown envelope
- Three Packing lists in waxed envelopes
- Three marker plates in a small brown envelope
- Two envelopes containing Installation Accessories
According to the Clydesdale Radio Man's Shop Catalogue advert, (See images), the multiplier was frequently used in conjunction with the RCA ET-4336 Transmitter, (much loved by the BBC from the 1950s), as a crystal controlled oscillator, straight amp or frequency multiplier to cover 2000-20,000 kcs. The crystal multiplier would have slotted into the ET-4336 about half way up the cabinet on the right hand side (see image).
