Framed Quad HiFi 1981 70th Anniversary Poster

This lovely large piece of artwork is a Framed Quad HiFi 1981 70th Anniversary Poster. Quad is the brand name for The Acoustical Manufacturing Company, Huntingdon, Cambridge, England.

It depicts two items of Quad's popular HiFi equipment in shadow on the foreground, with sunlight rising over a planet's (Mars?) surface at the top of the poster.

"70 years of the closest approach"

I assume that it's a subliminal message about Quad being futuristic in design and function.

There is slight damage to the corners due to storage, otherwise it is in very good condition. The scuffs are not as evident on display and could probably be touched in with a wood stain pen.

A nice large size for wall hanging in a music room or den.
