This is a 1970s Bonzer Mitchell & Cooper, London 1/6 Gill Drinks Measure.

It is marked on the rim with

  • a Crown and locality stamp 1290
  • 72

The trade name ‘Bonzer’ is inscribed on the base.

This seems to indicate that it was made in 1972 during the reign of Queen Elizabeth II.

It is in good vintage condition but has slight surface scratches. It would make a lovely gift to a collector or as a retirement/ thank you present.
