Vintage Handley Page HP Left / Right Indicator Gauge B960/1 434

We think this 3cm diameter small meter is a Vintage Handley Page HP Left / Right Indicator Gauge B960/1 434 dating to the 1930s/40s.

In good cosmetic condition with a few scuffs and blemishes commensurate with age. We believe it was made for/by Handley Page, the famous aircraft manufacturer, reknowned for the WW2 Victor and Hampden bombers.

It is pretty small, and I've no idea if it came from an aircraft or some other vehicle. I can't find another so, if you know what it is, I'd be delighted to hear from you!
