This Original 1930s Marconi Praise & Portraits Marconiphone Advertising Booklet is a real slice of social history.

It is effectively an advertisement for Marconi sets, Marconiphone Radio-gramophone, and Radio in the form of customers' letters and photographs of famous 1920s/30s actors/actresses/musicians.

In pretty good condition, there is some creasing and discolouration.

The booklet contains:-

1. Black and white photographs of some of the key talent (or 'celebrities' in modern day parlance) working for the BBC including; Guglielmo Marconi, Sir Henry Wood, Yehudi Mehudin, Norman Wisdom, Toscanini, Gracie Fields and Malcolm Sargent. 
2. Letters of praise for the qualities of Marconi products from satisfied customers
