This fine looking instrument is a Farnell Instruments E30/1 Power Supply Unit PSU.
In fairly good cosmetic and working condition with some surface blemishes commensurate with age and use. There is no Instruction manual but they are available to download from the internet. It hasn't been calibrated.

Made in England by Farnell Instruments Ltd, Wetherby, Yorkshire.
