1942 German Army Headphones Dfha With Throat Microphone And Plug
These 1942 German Army Headphones Dfha With Throat Microphone And Plug have me a little confused!
Measuring ~2000 Ω per ear piece, the metal and bakelite headphones are in fair used condition with some scuffs, scratches and blemishes.
Marked:-
BAL E57
They are typical of the, single leather covered headband, headphones issued to WW2 German armoured personnel.
However, the headphones are connected to a T30-S Throat Microphone made by Universal Micro Co, Inglewood, Calif. USA., and culminate in a bakelite 4-pin plug marked BLK V FL27560, which measures at an approximate output of 4000Ω.
Obviously a hybrid headset comprising friend and foe parts! The price has been adjusted as a consequence. Nonetheless, the headset displays well and would be great for reenactors.
