1930s Brass and White Vitreous Toggle Light Switch

This wonderful piece of architectural salvage is an original 1930s Brass and White Vitreous Toggle Light Switch. 

Approximate Size:

• Height: 3.5cm (including toggle)
  
• Rear Diameter: 4.8cm

In fair condition with some surface scratches, scuffs and blemishes commensurate with age and use. It has a white porcelain base and brass cover. The brass is very discoloured and pitted but I haven't attempted to polish it as some people prefer the vintage patina.

There appears to be no maker's mark

The switch is not up to current IEE regulations. It has not been restored or tested, and is sold as a collector’s item only.
