This is a WW2 RAF Aircraft Manual Bomb Distributor H/O Quadrant 5D/687. A historic piece of vintage aircraft equipment made from metal, brass and bakelite.

Where 5D = RAF stores number for 'Aircraft Armament Electrical Stores'

It's in very good condition with a few scuffs and blemishes particularly on the base. The handle turns freely once released from the locking position. It can be turned to any of the twenty positions marked with a brass connector on the board. I don't know if it is complete or which type of aircraft it was used in.
