In pretty good cosmetic condition with discolouration, a few surface scuffs and blemishes, and a couple of chips on the base rim, highlighted by the red arrows, which aren't really visible when displayed. A rare collectible to accompany your Lancaster Bomber Radio Communication kit.
Labelled 10F/126 where 10F is the RAF stores number for Radio (Wireless and Radar) Starters and Switch Gear.
It would have been mounted horizontally beside the R1155 communication radio receiver and the T1154 transmitter, located next to the radio operator on a Lancaster Bomber, and used to select different aerial types, e.g. trailing wire or D.F, by moving the large handle on the switch.
NB: See image of the radio operator's area of a Lancaster Bomber with a white arrow pointing to the 'J switch.' And the schematic of the Lancaster Bomber R1155/T1154 inter-cabling with the aerial switch indicated by the red arrow.
