This unusual little black coated meter is a WW2 Dual Scale Voltmeter Model 232. Made By Sparton Of Canada it measures 0-30-300V, 30mA.
In pretty good condition, this brassed black coated instrument was designed as a panel meter, possibly for an aircraft cockpit. There are some scratches and missing paint off the surface but the brass outer rim is nice and shiny , and the gold coloured scale on a black background is easy to read.
