WW2 Military Radio Wireless Set 38 WS38 Junction Box No.2 ZA13348
This is an original WW2 Military Radio Wireless Set 38 WS38 Junction Box No.2 ZA13348.
In fairly good external condition with some surface marks and blemishes commensurate with age and use. The plug pins are slightly bent and the wire frayed but intact. A part, which is becoming increasingly difficult to find, is being sold as a collectible for display only as it has not been tested.
This type of junction box was used in conjunction with the Wireless Set No. 38 Mk.II: a British Army manpack transceiver developed in 1942 for short range Infantry communication. Its function was to connect the battery, headphones and throat microphone to the WS38.
A must have for the Military Radio collector!
