This lovely little black coated meter is a 1943 Vintage WW2 Air Ministry Sangamo Weston 0-4 Amp Ammeter 10A/12667 For A T1154 Communication Radio Transmitter. Made by Sangamo Weston, Enfield, Middlesex.
In very good untested condition with some surface marks/dust, it formed part of the T1154 Radio transmitter set up in a wide range of WW2 warbirds, including the Lancaster bomber. Used to measure the ampere output between the T1154 and the Aerial “J” Switch (see attached schematic with a red arrow pointing to the ammeter).
