This vintage 1990s Wedgwood Catalina On Patrol Commemorative Collector's Aircraft Plate Number 221A, is from the series entitled 'Ocean Patrol' by Ron Huxley depicting WW2 Aircraft.

There are no chips, cracks or restoration, and it is sold with a polystyrene protector carton and certificate of authenticity numbered 2369A: ( I'm not sure why it is different number from the plate but the two have always been together ...).
