Vintage Static Electricity Homemade Bench Test Electroscope

If you wanted to demonstrate the effect of positive and negative electrostatic charge when in contact with a charged ball, then this small Vintage Static Electricity Homemade Bench Test Electroscope would be perfect for you!

Approximate Size (WHD):  17.5 (~6.9")x 15.5 x 11.7cm

Comprising:-

• A rectangular wood base
  
• Ferrous Metal rods with perspex covers at the base 
• Non-ferrous balls (pith balls) at the end of the rods

It's a bit rusty with some surface blemishes and in need of some cleaning / polishing to make it pristine again. It would make an interesting desk ornament.
