Vintage Set Of Four Boxed Velos Red Bakelite Napkin Rings

This Vintage Set Of Four Boxed Velos Red Bakelite Napkin Rings are an interesting design, and the perfect colour for a Christmas table!

Approximate Size:

• Inside Diameter:  4 cm
• External diameter including ribbed edge: 5 cm
• Height: 2.4 cm

They are quite lightweight with ribbed edges. In pretty good condition with some scuffs and surface blemishes commensurate with age and use.  They date to the 1940s/50s. 

They even come with their original cardboard box, which is discoloured and scuffed but intact.

Designed by Rees, Pitchford & Co, of 72-74 Victoria Street, London, UK, under the trade name Velos. This short-lived company was best known for its office equipment.

A wonderful item for collectors of bakelite and kitchenalia!
