Vintage Meccano Dinky Toys Wagon Model No 25A

I think this collectable little toy is an Original Vintage Meccano Dinky Toys Wagon Model No 25A. Stone coloured with ridged red wheels, and black paint work. 

I'm not absolutely sure if this is an issue 1, 1930s prewar, or, more likely, an issue 2 1940s version of the 25A.

Condition: For Display or Restoration Only

• Much loved, it is in poor used and unboxed condition with significant loss of paint and surface blemishes commensurate with age and use. 
• The radiator has lost its silver paint and seems to be missing its headlamps
• The truck has four wheels but no tyres 
• The front axle is slightly warped
• There may be other issues that I have not identified
