A nice pair of Vintage Hellerman Sleeve Pliers For Binding Insulated Electrical Conductors. In pretty good condition with some scuffs and surface blemishes commensurate with age and use.

These Electrical Cable Indent-Sleeve Pliers were manufactured by Hellerman Electric Limited, Crawley, Sussex, as embossed on the pliers. The Hellerman company was formed in Croydon in 1938 and moved to Crawley in 1948. It later became Hellerman Tyton.
They are also embossed with two patent numbers:-
GB444825: dating to 1936. Improved apparatus for use in binding insulated electrical conductors, insulating bare conductors or binding together other bodies
GB467807A:- dating to 1937. Tool for use in stretching rubber tubing
