Vintage Ferrograph / Wearite Tape Head Demagnetiser / Bulk Eraser In Its Original Box

This is a very unusual Vintage Ferrograph / Wearite Tape Head Demagnetiser / Bulk Eraser In Its Original Box, with instruction leaflet and black lead with a bakelite Goltone 2-pin plug.

The box is intact but scuffed and discoloured with age. The pale cream / white demagnetiser/bulk eraser is in pretty good condition with a few minor surface blemishes and some discolouration.

It is being sold as a collectible, for display only, as it probably does not comply with modern health and safety legislation...

Dating to the 1950s it was made by the British Ferrograph Recorder Co. Ltd; part of Wright and Weaire.
