This small device is Vintage Datong FL-3 Multi Mode External Audio Signal Filter With Automatic Notch Filter. It was designed for use with amateur radio, shortwave receivers and scanners.

In pretty good cosmetic condition with some surface scuffs and blemishes commensurate with age and use. The specification is appended below:-

It comprises both an automatic and manual notch filter and adjustable low/high pass filters, a 3.5 mm socket for the power connector (8 - 20 Volts DC), a headphone jack, and three phono sockets.
