Vintage Cornishware Style White Tapioca Pottery Jar

This is a very nice Vintage Cornishware Style White Tapioca Pottery Jar. It has no maker's mark but predates the well-known Cornishware by TG Green and Kitchen Cupboard by Bretby.

It's a tapered storage jar with ribbing/banding down the sides and a recessed lid: probably dating to the early 1900s: (late Victorian/early Edwardian).

Approximate Measurements:–
Base Diameter: 10.2cm (4")
Height: 15cm (nominally 6")

It is in pretty good condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. There is some slight discolouration around the extremities, nibbles on the base and lid edges, and a few manufacturing defects.
