This small scientific instrument is a Vintage Barker & Williamson Wide Range Attenuator Model 371-1 50 Ohm.
This attenuator was made for experimental calibration of power level meters and adjustment of signal levels or anywhere where power level needs to be controlled. It comprises 7 switches with a range from 1 to 20 db.
It is in fairly good used cosmetic condition with a few surface scuffs/scratches. Part of the metal case is lifting on one corner. There are two coaxial connectors, one on each side, and four rubber feet. It has not been tested.
