This tiny little device is a mechanical Vintage Arrow Clockwork Manual Self Timer For A Film Camera.

Made in Japan, it is supposed to be a universal screw fitment and should fit most film cameras according to the technical info. on the internet.

In pretty good condition, with a few surface blemishes commensurate with age and use. Turning the knob fully clockwise gives a ~10 second countdown. Moving the button down on the side locks the timer, stopping the countdown.
