Vintage 1950s Quad FM1 Valve Mono Tuner

This is a very nice European Specification Vintage 1950s Quad FM1 Valve Mono Tuner for restoration. An Acoustical FM Valve Tuner, which was built for the Quad Control 22 unit ensemble, it has FM only capability.

It is in pretty good cosmetic condition, with surface scuffs/scratches/blemishes on the case and tuning scale. 

The tuner has not been recently powered or restored, and the current working condition is unknown. It was last serviced by Quad Customer Services in 2001 but is likely to need some further maintenance before use. These FM1 tuners are rare to find these days!
