Set Of Three Vintage Connollys Winding Wire Reeling Data Selection Guides, which allowed you to choose the correct wire for your needs. 

Wire Data provided includes; size, insulation, weight, nominal resistance and winding data.

1. 10-30 SWG Normal Enamel (where SWG = Standard wire gauge)
   
2. 10-28 SWG Conymel Type F Fine Insulation
3. 10-28 SWG Conymel Type M Medium Insulation

The outer sleeve is made from cardboard with a pull-out inner slide providing look up data at the various SWG through a cut out window.

They are double sided and measure approximately, 20.4 cm (8 inch) width and 8.7cm in height. 

The guides are still quite colourful and make a nice item for those of us whom love vintage tech!

Connollys was an insulated wire and cable makers originally based at Blackely in Manchester. They became part of BICC in the 1960s.
