Set Of Six 1940s Chrome Plated Brass Pull Handles
If you like vintage Industrial decor then this Set Of Six 1940s Chrome Plated Brass Pull Handles are just your thing!
Two are in pretty good condition and the remaining four in fair condition. All have various degrees of pitting in the chrome, surface blemishes and some scratching. I haven't been tempted to polish them as some people prefer the patina.
The price quoted is for all six pull handles.
The handles separate from the fittings, which screw into the drawer / cabinet with a washer holding the bolt closed. The screw is quite short (1.3cm) and is permanently attached to the rectangular fitment. They were probably from a metal office desk or filing cabinet.
The handles are the same size measuring, approximately:-
Handle Width (excluding fitments): 11.8cm
Maximum Handle Width: 14.5cm
Depth: 5cm
Rectangular Fitment measures approximately:-
Width: 3.7cm
Height:- 3.1cm
Total depth (including fixed screw): 3.3cm
When assembled, the distance between the centre of each screw hole is approximately 14.5cm.
Some of the photos look like the handles are different lengths but this is an optical illusion.
These wonder make a fantastic statement piece on an industrial style cabinet or desk. We only have 6 handles in stock (and they are quite heavy, with an unpacked weight of 2Kg, hence the high shipping cost). Once they are gone, they are gone!
