A lovely Royal Doulton Dickens Ware Berry Dish Pattern Number D2973 Featuring The Fat Boy.

Beautifully printed with the character, The Fat Boy from Dickens novel 'The Pickwick Papers,'  the dish is In very good condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. It dates from 1908-1920. 

It does have small manufacturing defects including bubbles, gazing marks, and pinholes. There is also slight crazing.

The base of each is marked with the Royal Doulton Dickens-ware stamp, their  pattern number, and the character name "The Fat Boy."
