This is a  Preowned Atlas LCR40 Passive Component Analyser Made By Peak Electronic Design Ltd. Purported to identify and analyse a wide range of Inductors, Capacitors and Resistors using automatically selected test frequencies.

In pretty good cosmetic and working condition, it dates to 2005, and comes with 2mm plugs and sockets but no instructions; these are available to download from the internet. When switching on the LCR is recommending a calibration in 2006, however, according to Peak Electronic recalibration is not a necessity.
