This small morse key is a 1990s PRC 320 Clansman Radio Morse Key NATO No. 5805-99-117-7542, as used in the Clansman PRC 320 Military Communications Manpack Radio (not included...)
It comes with its original lead, plug, and dark green canvas knee strap. In good condition with a few scuffs/scratches commensurate with age and use. I think the knee strap is missing part of its buckle.

The following is printed on a label attached to the key lead: 5805-99-117-7542. The key also has two buttons marked:-
G for changing the screws gap
T for changing the tension
The connector is engraved with the NATO no. ABM 5935-99-633-7973-82:29 (a vintage Amphenol 62gb).
