This Original 1937 Television Booklet Produced For A Science Museum Exhibition, is in good condition and quite informative. There is some slight creasing, and discolouration/spots on the booklet cover.
The guide provides a fascinating insight into British television history and was:-
"An account of the development and general principles of Television as illustrated by a special exhibition held at the Science Museum June-September, 1937."
The exhibition was organised by the Science Museum, Kensington, London, in conjunction with the BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation) and leading manufacturers.
Comprises 63 Pages with 9 chapters with content on ; early TV history, photo-electricity, picture dissection, light control, CRT tubes, Alexandra Palace transmitter, television receivers, aerials and feeders, and the London TV station.
It also contains some nice black and white schematics.
