Novelty Floor Lamp Converted From A Xpress Salon Hood Hairdryer 

If you're looking for quirky lighting then you need look no further than this Novelty Floor Lamp Converted From a Xpress Salon Hood Hairdryer used in the 1960s!

The lamp comprises an original retro salon hairdryer hood on its vertical stand. The inside of the hood has been converted to take a rather snazzy light bulb almost having a disco ball effect when lit.

In pretty good condition with some surface blemishes, scratches and rust commensurate with age and use.

In working order and PAT tested, it has been rewired with complementary pale blue wire. The lamp can be switched on/off via the original hairdryer controls.

Light Blue and White in colour, the hairdryer hood can be moved vertically to provide directional lighting over a chair or adjusted to its full height to provide room accent lighting. The 4 legged base is accented with the same pale blue as the hood, and wheels are attached to the base of each leg to allow the hairdryer lamp to be moved around your room.
