Industar 50-2 f3.5/ 50mm M42 Mount Camera Lens

This is a reasonable example of a vintage KMZ/FED Industar 50-2 f3.5/ 50mm M42 Mount Camera Lens. Made in the USSR, it is described as a manual, compact, pancake lens, serial no. 7353076, which dates to the 1970s.

Based on the classic Zeiss Tessar 4-element/3-group optical formula, this is the black version of the lens with a M42 mount.

There is dust but no obvious sign of fungus in the lens, and is in fairly good cosmetic condition with slight wear/dirt in the external grooves.
