G100 / R3278 Solderless Speedwrap  Made by OK Machine & Tool Corporation

This strange looking device is a preowned G100 Solderless Speedwrap R3278 Made by OK Machine & Tool Corporation.

A handheld wire wrapping tool that is in good used condition with surface blemishes commensurate with age and use. 

The technical information on the internet states that the tool accommodates Wire sizes 18 AWG (1mm) to 32AWG (0.2mm) using interchangeable bits and sleeves, and that it provides up to 10 revolutions per trigger squeeze. This has not been tested and it it comes without any accessories. Hence, it is being sold at a fraction of the price of an equivalent new tool.
