1920s British Thomson Houston BTH Bakelite Leather Headphones 2000 Ohms, made by the BT-H Company based at Crown House, Aldrich, London, WC2. This pair of radio bakelite headphones are in very good condition with surface scuffs and blemishes commensurate with age and use.
Comprise brown bakelite moulded ear pieces, with a leather covered aluminium headband, and original twisted flexible leads terminating in two spring clips. Sold as lightweight “Supreme for Clarity and Comfort.”
A high resistance pair of headphones with impedance of approximately 4000 Ohms (2000Ω/ear piece).
A wonderful collectible and display item for the Man Cave or Vintage Office!
