Vintage R717 Roberts Radio In Original Black Leatherette

This original, analogue, 1990s, Vintage R717 Roberts Radio In Original Black Leatherette is a lovely, compact, portable radio. It is housed in a teak cabinet with a black Rexine (leatherette) accent colour.

Requires a 9 volt battery/cell (not supplied due to the difficulty in shipping items with batteries). It will also run from a DC-9 volt UK mains lead: not supplied.

Fully checked, cleaned and serviced, it is in good working order on all wavebands (FM/MW/LW), as well as being in good cosmetic condition with surface scratches and scuffs commensurate with age and use:-

• There is a small blemish on the front grille (bottom left hand corner) and
• The radio knobs are slightly scratched at the edges
• The Rexine cover is intact with two barely visible tears at the edges of the top of the radio where the rexine meets the display (see image below).

Sporting a matching black rexine covered plastic handle, it stands on four black plastic feet to aid stability and prevent furniture scratches. The top of the radio is grey/green in colour with white and green accents.
