1986 SHARP Pocket Computer Model PC136 In Its Original Box With Manual
Wow, this 1986 SHARP Pocket Computer Model PC136 In Its Original Box With Manual is in absolutely pristine working condition! Made by the SHARP Corporation, Japan, this small hand held vintage computer/calculator looks to have had little to no use.
A fantastic part of computing history, with a tiny fraction of the processing power now available to most of us, and a must-have piece of nostalgia for those of us whom were taught to programme in BASIC!
It comes with:
- Its original box
- Hard Cover Protector
- A cut out from the September 1990 Practical Wireless Magazine explaining Basic Radio Calculations
- 8KB RAM card with 6000 bytes of memory available
- Takes two CR-2032 watch style batteries. These will have to be removed for shipping as items containing batteries are no longer accepted by most postal services and couriers.
- Operational Manual comprises 344 pages, and 11 chapters. It includes chapters on:-
- Using the PC-136 as a calculator
- Concept and terms of BASIC
- Programming using BASIC
- The system comprises:
- 62-character keyboard
- Dimensions: ~ 16 x 182 x 72 mm
- 24 digit 4 line display or 150 x 32 dots graphic display
- 8-bit CMOS processor
- 136KB ROM
- Extendable RAM (8KB standard): 2 x HS (2 x 32K)
- Printer interface and serial I/O interface ports: 11-pin & 15-pin SIO

A great piece of vintage tech!
