Top Hat Novelty Salt & Pepper Pots
If you like cute and kitsch kitchenalia then you will love these 1970s Top Hat Novelty Salt & Pepper Pots Approved By The London Design Council.
They do have the designer’s name and a number on the base of each pot, which looks to be ‘K Godfrey 0733,’ but I’m not sure about that since its so difficult to read…
Approximate Measurements:–
Height:- 4.8cm
Base width:- 6.8cm
Base Depth: 6.4cm
Dark Grey in Colour and selected for the Design Centre London, https://www.designcouncil.org.uk/who-we-are/our-history
Both items are in good vintage condition with some manufacturing defects e.g bubbles.
Both small cork stoppers, holding the salt/pepper in place, are present but I’ve not checked to see if they are ‘leak-proof.’
A nice pair of designer pots to add to your collection!
