This is a 1970s Dakota Osram GEC 26V/750W 28V/240W Twin Filament Landing Light Bulb. It has never been used.
We were reliably informed that this bulb is ex-British Midlands 1970s stock left over from their DC3 service contract: 10 were ordered and 1 used, this is one of the spares. A lovely historical aviation item which may fit other aircraft.
Original packing includes a paper wrapper & corrugated wrapping.

As far as I can ascertain, the 750 watt Filament is used for Landing / Takeoffs.
The filaments are in excellent condition, as is the 'Harley' base cap, although some of the stamps have faded. It is marked on the cap with the information highlighted in red:-
