1965 Minolta Autocord Twin Lens Reflex (TLR) Roll Film Camera
This 1965 Minolta Autocord Twin Lens Reflex (TLR) Roll Film Camera is in superb, almost mint, condition.
There are a few small scuffs on the case commensurate with age and storage. It has been part of my Hubby's camera collection and has not been used for many years. Carefully stored away in a cupboard, he can't remember actually using it.
The lens appears to have a little dust but we can't see any haze or signs of fungus.
Designed to be used at waist level, but can be used at eye level, this is a fully mechanical TLR camera produced from 1955-1966 in many variants. As far as I can discern from specialist camera websites, this camera has the following attributes:-
- Minolta Autocord: Made by the Minolta Camera Co. Ltd., Japan
- Serial Number: 429963 dating to 1965
- Model I (no light meter)
- Medium format camera: 120 Roll film
- Black Leather Camera case without straps
- Shutter: Citizen MVL
- Sports lens
- Lens types:
- Taking lens: Rokkor 75mm f/3.5 (Tessar type) 1205322
- Viewing lens: Rokkor 75mm f/3.2 with blue coating
A beautiful camera just waiting for a new owner!
