This is a beautiful pastel version of a 1960s Indian Tree Square Fruit Bowl By HJ Wood Staffordshire.

In very good vintage condition with no cracks, chips or restoration. There is some crazing commensurate with age.

It has a raised floral pattern with a turquoise rim and internal base.

The original Wood and Sons company are famous for the manufacture of the first Toby Jug ‘Toby Philpot’ in 1770. Notable 20th Century designers for Wood and Sons include; Charlotte Rhead, Edward Radford and Susie Cooper.
