This is an original, first edition, 1960s AVO Valve Characteristic Meter Mark IV Instruction Manual, published by AVO Limited, Avocet House, London.

In pretty good cosmetic condition with scuffs, discolouration and a few bumps on the edges commensurate with age and use. The manual has been annotated by a previous owner and is marked Earith (a village in Cambridgeshire), and stamped Received 22 Dec 1969. 

A soft back booklet comprising 27 pages of working instructions for an AVO MkIV Valve tester.
