A 1950s V47 Goodmans Industries Limited 3 Ohm Vibration Generator for the vibration of light electronic components: 

It was made by Goodmans Industries Ltd, when based in Wembley, Middlesex, England, and respected manufacturers of electronic equipment and loudspeakers e.g. the MIDAX and TREBAX.

It is being sold as a collectible as it has not been tested. An interesting piece of electronics history from the Goodmans brand!
