This is a beautiful 1950s Denby Burlington Stoneware Squat Pastel Jug by Albert Colledge.
It comprises pastel shades of beige, green, and lilac over a white glaze with a 'basket weave' finish. Typically 1950s (MCM) in design and a highly collectible piece of fine art ceramics.
It is in very good condition, with no chips, cracks or restoration. A beautiful jug for display, or a statement piece for flower arranging.
