1950s B.G Electrical Bakelite Door Bell Push

Never miss another ring on the door of your home, shop or business with this lovely 1950s B.G Electrical Bakelite Door Bell Push.

A wonderful piece of vintage history, in used condition, with scratches, scuffs and blemishes commensurate with age and use. Made from dark brown bakelite, it's a very simple door bell push compared to other manufacturers' versions and has not been tested. 

The bell push was made in England by BG Electrical: logo of a six-pointed star with B.G in the centre. British General was also known as British Gauge, and manufactured electrical accessories including sockets, switches, fuse boxes and cable management accessories.

NB: It would need wiring to a low voltage (12 volt) system in order to work. Accessories and fittings are not included.
