1937 Sights Of Britain Third Series Senior Service Cigarette Card Album

This is a lovely 1937 Sights Of Britain Third Series Senior Service Cigarette Card Album by cigarette manufacturers, Joseph A Pattreiouex Ltd., of Derby Street, Cheetham Hill, Manchester, which was acquired by 'Gallahers', another tobacco manufacturer, in 1936/37.

This is an original, almost complete, album comprising 47 out of the 48 card series of black and white aerial photographs all with useful descriptions on the rear. It was issued just before the outbreak of WW2.

Card no.10 is missing, featuring a scene of Tavistock Weir and Bridge.

• Album (WHD): 23.8 x 0.5 x 15.2 cm
• Card: 7.7 x 5.2 cm 

The images are in good condition with some slight yellowing. The book is intact but scuffed and discoloured with creasing and bends at the corners.
