1931 The Modern Boy's Book Of Aircraft By WE Johns & Other Pilots

This is a 1931 The Modern Boy's Book Of Aircraft By WE Johns & Other Pilots, Published By The Fleetway House, Farringdon House, London EC4.

A piece of pre-WW2 aircraft history with articles by the famous author of the 'Biggles' books. He, {WE Johns}, is also accredited with the drawing in the front board colour plate.

In fair condition, this book has a blue hardback cover and a cloth spine. The cover and pages have faded, yellowed with age, and exhibit some creasing and foxing. The cover has a break in one corner and is slightly grubby. Some of the pages are loose but have not fully detached from the spine.
