1928 Copeland Spode Italian 9 Inch Diameter Breakfast Plate

This is a lovely 11928 Copeland Spode Italian 9 Inch Diameter Breakfast Plate. 23.2cm (9″) in diameter with a very slight wavy edge.

In good vintage condition, with some manufacturing defects (including air holes particularly noticeable on the rear), and with a little wear e.g. surface scuffs. There are no chips, cracks or crazing.

The bottom of the piece is back marked with
Copeland
Spode’s
Italian,
England

and an impressed Copeland mark with a crown and N28 (made in November 1928).
Both impressed marks are difficult to see.
