This amazing piece of electrical history is a White Porcelain 1920s Vintage Trumbull Double Pole Double Throw DPDT Aerial Knife Switch 9 cm x 5 cm. Made by Trumbull Electric Manufacturing Company, Connecticut, U.S.A

In fair condition for its age: there are scuffs and surface blemishes, nibbles / chips in the porcelain (particularly on the base), and black marks which I haven't been able to remove with a gentle damp wipe. The metal (copper) is tarnished.
