1920s CF Palmer 6 Volt Signal Marker Mounted On A Wood Plinth With Dome

This lovely little piece of vintage scientific curio test equipment is a 1920s CF Palmer 6 Volt Signal Marker Mounted On A Wood Plinth With Dome.

Approximate Size: 

• Base Diameter:  10cm (~4")
• Height: 11.5cm

Made from nickel plated brass and bakelite plastic, it is in very good cosmetic condition with some surface scuffs and blemishes. Its previous owner loved it so much they had a perspex dome and circular wood stand specially made for it. The dome only sits on the stand and is not fixed. 

Engraved CF Palmer on the front of the brass, Charles Fielding Palmer CFP Ltd, founded in 1891, was a renowned manufacturer of scientific and medical instruments, mostly in the field of physiology.

The signal marker has not been tested and is sold as a display item for the vintage tech aficionado!
